Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience with AuraStylo as risk-free and transparent as possible. We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — no unnecessary stress, no complicated processes.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Our return policy also covers damaged or incorrect items. If you receive something defective or not as described, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable under our return policy, including perishable goods, personalized or custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. For customers in the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason within that timeframe.
